How we work with partners
Every partnership begins with a conversation to understand your needs, priorities, and expectations. UoVT typically follows these steps when establishing collaborations:
Initial discussion
Clarify your interests (e.g. internships, consultancy, labs, research, training, institutional MoU).
Needs assessment and scoping
Identify objectives, target groups, timelines, and resource requirements.
Agreement and formalisation
Develop a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), service agreement, or project contract, as appropriate.
Implementation and coordination
Appoint focal points from both sides, monitor progress, and provide regular updates.
Review and continuous improvement
Periodically assess outcomes and explore opportunities to expand or deepen the partnership.
"Our goal is to build long-term, trusted relationships that deliver measurable benefits for partners, students, staff, and the wider community."
